We, at RELIANCE STAR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C., are committed to providing the most effectiveand value engineering solutions in MEP services to all our clients, while ensuring safety andwelfare of staff and protecting the environment. We shall strive continually to improve the quality of work performed by:

  • To ensure that products are supplied and constructed in accordance with the company’s requirements as stated in the contract, and to ensure that the company’s requirements are determined and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance to industry standards and authority requirements.
  • Continual improvement through the quality management system and creating awareness among all concerned in the company about the adherence to the quality procedures.
  • Care and value our employees by providing an excellent working environment that promotes continuous learning and growth by training.

Quality Management System

General Requirements:

Company's Quality Management System:

  • Identifies the processes needed for its operations and their application throughout “RELIANCE STAR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C”.
  • Determines the sequence and interaction of these primary processes.
  • Determines criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and management of these processes are effective.
  • Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
  • Ensures monitoring, measurement and to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

The company manages these processes in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2008.

Document Requirements:


There are four levels in the Quality System Manual, which document, describe and implement the Quality system.

  • Level 1 - Quality Manual (QM)
  • Level 2 - Quality Procedures (QP)
  • Level 3 - Work instructions (WI)
  • Level 4 - Forms, Reports & Verifying documentation


RELIANCE STAR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C will endeavor to protect the Health and Safety of its employees, customers and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which Company activities are carried out.

The Management and Staff of RELIANCE STAR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C. are committed to:

  • Ensuring the prevention of any impact on the environmental laws and regulations, that applies to our operations.

These commitments will be achieved by:

  • Establishing and maintaining a documented Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS).
  • Ensuring procedures, programs and guidelines are in place to support the HSEMS.
  • Providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the Management System.
  • Communicating the Company’s HSE Policy and Objective to relevant parties including its employees and customers.
  • Ensuring line management commitment to the HSEMS. Promoting the “Zero Accident Philosophy”.
  • Continual training and awareness to all its employees through regular classes, workshops and induction programs.
